I wonder if the timing of this event is significant?

NCFC usually publish Accounts in late Oct, that's just 8 weeks away.
Why go to the expense of a General Meeting call unless it is necessary?

Unless there is a very good reason to do this now, why not do it all via the AGM?

Maybe the £10m has already been advanced & spent (no big player-sale added to a number of incomings) and this Meeting is needed to formalise it?
