Well if he buys Foulgers 18% and another £10m he will have a decent %

Don’t know what they will be valuing the current shares at.

There are currently ordinary 617,000 shares issued of which Delia and MWJ own £327,109.

Foulger owns 98,200.

Each have some preference shares as well not sure how they impact on the figures.

The club were at one point attributing a value of £100 per share when trading so if that remains the case £10m would get him 100,000 shares. If on top of Foulgers holding that would be 198,200 out of 717,000 so 27.6%.

D&M would have 45.6% so yes you are right it would take them below 50% so maybe there will be some manoeuvring somewhere to keep them at the 50.1% mark.
