The City team is as given below, but the Archive says Canary Citizens is wrong about the substitution. It was O'Donnell that went off at half time.
The Millwall team was King, Gilchrist, Cripps, Jacks, Kitchener, Burnett, Possee, Neil, Weller, Bolland and Dunphy. Bolland scored on his debut.
