Dean Smith's pre-Millwall press conference begins at 9am.
------------------------------------------------------------------
DS: “I don’t know if Teemu is fit. He still can’t fit a boot on, so we will assess him.”
DS: “We’ll give Teemu until tomorrow morning to make a decision on his availability. Byram has trained the last couple of days and is available for the squad.”
DS:"Adam Idah is training today and will be available for Bournemouth next Tuesday."
DS: “I will be led by Sam (Byram) and how he is feeling physically and mentally. He knows his body and his injury record.”
DS: “I thought Kenny’s performance was okay, but we are still looking for that position and we’ve got Sam Byram coming back.”
DS: (on incomings) “No, just left-back. We have a bloated squad now, so I have to leave good players off the bench.”
DS: “We are unbeaten at Carrow Road, so we are making it a tough place to come. Opposition managers have said that."
DS: “No, the mood hasn’t changed. We feel that we don’t have the points we deserve.”
DS: “The ball Danel (Sinani) played through to Sarge that brought the red card was the sort of ball Teemu would thrive on. Sarge gives us an aerial presence.”
DS: “It’s not bad. 2 goals and 2 assists in his last 2 appearances. He still has work to do on his fitness and lasting the full game. He’s a talented player.”
DS: “I want players to feel under pressure from other players. That brings a healthy environment.”
DS: “Gibbs is quite level headed. He doesn’t get too high or low. We’re pleased with how he’s progressing.”
DS: “Josh is a player I need to talk too. Not all players are like that. He has enjoyed playing down the middle, but he will always do a job for you wherever you play him.”
---------------------------------------------------------------
That concludes another press conference.
