Watford away a few years ago I was in with the home fans

and got access to the concourse behind the goal. I was stunned at the quality of food and alcohol on offer. There was even a very smart guy in a suit carving various meats. Looked more like a restaurant than a football concourse. Really puts the city stand concourses to shame. Surprised Delia wouldn't want it to be better for the regular fans as opposed to those in he boxes/corporate areas.
