I'm a staunch defender of Sarge, I see a grounded young man with a great attitude, brilliant work ethic plus oodles of potential beyond just scoring goals, which seems to be the stick of choice many seem to delight in beating him with.

I've always been convinced he'll become an incredibly valuable member of the team with a bit of nurturing. He's already got the stuff you can't teach in bucket loads.
