He's a quiet humble guy. He's managed Walsall, Brentford and Aston Villa (which is a historically massive club and who Paul Lambert couldnt wait to jump to). He can't pretend like it's the absolute honour of his life to have the chance to manage Norwich, we'd all know it's false. But its not like he's ever played us down like Hughton acting like we'd be lucky to scrape something off Brighton.

He was parachuted in the middle of a s**tshow and has been firefighting ever since.

I'm sure he has mentioned what he wants his team to be, particularly recently as the fanbase and subsequently the media have become obsessed with it.
