Agree re Sticks and Sushi, went for a birthday once and whilst nice I don't have the £ to live the Wimbledon lifestyle.

Nearer where I work, before I was home based, there is a nice place on Turnham Green called Sushi Bar Makoto which is a nice family run affair.
Sushi Show near Shoreditch is excellent and very reasonably priced. I think they will also do fish to takeaway.
Final recommendation would be Atatri-ya where we buy fish if we're making our own.
