Bit like eastern take away versions of Chinese food

if you spend time in Japan (or China for their genuine cuisine) you may have a different view. Having lived and worked in both countries I loved proper sushi created in front of you with melt in the mouth fresh fish. Washed down with sake....beautiful. I'm roit slaverin thinkin bout ut bor.
