The stats also somewhat gloss over the periods of time in which he was less effective (and there were stretches like that) but was still playing.

I also think it's a bit disingenuous to argue that Farke had it easy because he had Maddison and Emi. He improved both. Significantly.

Again, in my opinion, given time he would have brought on new heroes (and will, no doubt for BM).

I suspect Farke will have a more successful post Canaries career than Emi.

We can only wait and see...
