Why are we buying so many South American’s

Obviously cos they are cheap. But they won’t have the physicality needed.

Why can’t we look at up and coming prospects from leagues 1 and 2

Maybe next year Webber visits Asia and we get a load of knock down Asian recruits who all surprise surprise are completely unsuitable for English football
