at least this is providing a welcome distraction from being on hold to bt

apparently they are going to cut me off for non payment of bills for a lie i've never used/asked for/or have any knowledge of. i am now on my 5th customer services person and wasting over an hour of my life. god bless marmite houmous and all who sail in her or adil in birmingham wouldn't have such a chilled caller
