When I used to sit in the River End, sometimes saw people with small babies

but not generally slightly older ones, maybe some I would guess about 4 or 5 who would run along the empty rows before the ground filled up but then were not too much of distraction during the match (I was about 5 seats and the aisle away. For one season there was a fairly young child in the seat behind me who sometimes kicked the back of my seat which was a bit annoying.

I would not want to be sat next to very small children, same as In a plane, you can't get away and if it is a season ticket you are stuck with them for the whole year at least.
