Individual errors have been a consistent part of our squad for 4/5 seasons now

Do other teams make as many as us? Our mistakes lead to opposition goals 90% of the time, times when we have dominated possession or have started the first 25 mins well. Soon after someone's makes a f**k up and it's literally game over especially in the premiership.

Under farke we would probably win 5-4 and get away with it. I can't see that happening under dean smith in the championship.
