That we have some good individual players who will do enough over time to pick up a few wins here and there. But he will never get the team playing to anywhere near it's potential. A similar situation to this was when Neil Adams was in charge. We were managing to pick up some points but you always felt that we should be doing alot better.
Some managers are capable of getting a squad of players playing to the maximum of the abilities or even a level much above what they should be if you look at the individual players on paper. Dean Smith is not one of those managers.
