Talking of must win games against Fulham

Did anyone else notice all the interviews after Sunderland beat Fulham? The Fulham lot were all saying "They just wanted it more than we did, our season was over, they were desperate for a win to end the season in style even though they were relegated, it all came down to desire."

I was left thinking - you mean Sunderland had more desire for a "last day of glory", even though they were already down, than NCFC could muster for a game which would have kept us up? Sheesh.

Was it ALL down to Francis, then?
