He's had a year ... there's a low rumblin across the county

But no - I don't really think we'll sack him, I just think he's been bloody underwhelming in pretty much every respect.
And I hate his hair, for good measure. One can see the grooves of his favourite greasy plastic comb. Nothing free flowing there. Indicative.
