We all know it will not be enforced in certain areas... it is more annoying

in areas like Block B lower of the Barclay, where sitting is the norm, and many kids and those less able to stand, sit. For example at cup games where you will get a small group of three who will stubbonly stand while everyone else is sitting causing friction. Then the stewarts move in.
