I wanted him to do well - to be our next Skippy, but right from that very first video

of him signing, it annoyed me that his mum wouldn't touch the green bit of our scarf. It sort of sent a message that was never going to be fully 'Norwich' while he was with us.

In the first match against Liverpool, he seemed completely out of his depth - but that's ok, lots were, give him time. Only he never improved and we KEPT PLAYING HIM!

One match I saw him substituted. He was on the opposite side to the dugouts so had to trudge around The Riverend to get off. He cut such a forlorn figure and looked so young. No one was interested in him, just happy he'd been subbed, but it was hard to feel any sympathy for him because although that moment may have been uncomfortable for him, what was happening to Norwich was so much worse and I'm not sure he cared.

For me he'll go down with other overhyped and a bit rubbish loans like Patrick Bamford
