No fuss, they want a light show, go for it-but will I, and others (and out of 27,000 or so people, I won't be the only epileptic) get some warning its about to happen?

Because if it all goes off without any, there is a very real chance I, and others, are going to be convulsing all over the stand and in and amidst the people close to us-and its not very nice for witnesses.

You can't just "close your eyes" -makes no difference. So a chance to get onto the concourse and, if its seen down there via the staircases, into a loo (great!) then it would be nice to be able to do that in time.
