The Brewers have just traded away their best pitcher, All-Star Josh Hader, swapping him for 2 players and 2 prospects. [A but like swapping Buendia for Lees-Melou, Rashica, Tzolis & Sinani]

They made the trade because Hader's $11m salary will increase in 2023 and in 2024 he will be a free agent.

Gosh. If only the Brewers had wealthy owners...
