Not for me

Dowell can’t tackle, has no pace, has no strength and gets knocked off the ball too easily.
He does not track back and do enough defensive work or is not able to do the high press duties because of most of the above deficiencies.
Is he worth playing for an occasional free kick, occasional decent pass?
Cardiff would have eaten him alive in next to no time as he seems to lack fight.
