Players need to start doing the simple things rather than trying to

complicate all the time. Raschica... pass the ball to a teammate and then run into space. Don't try and beat four players each time and then lose the ball. Gianollis... looked totally bewildered as to what he was there for. McCallum should be starting.
Hernandz ahead of Sargeant... he runs around a lot but it is usually in the wrong direction... take the ball on ffs and try and create something.
