No point fretting

Can’t say I have any excitement about coming season and certainly none about Smith and Shakey. Both decent football people but not remotely innovative in their approach (at least not that I can see). I watched a little of the women’s game yesterday and am struck with them and other women’s games I’ve watched how like Farkeball their game is. Nothing like that which will be served up this season but we must look for the triumph of hope over expectation.
