Very feasable.
NEVER go for the lasagne when you are eating out.
Chances are it's left over meat from a previous meal.
The beauty of lasagne is that it's easy to mask the flavour of the previous dish with a rich tomato sauce, a drop of red wine and a good cheese sauce.
A pile of fresh salad leaves and a chunk of garlic bread and hey presto a mouthwatering meal.
Mince is notorious at the best of times as food cotamination is usually found on the outside of a joint of meat.
A rare steak or a joint of beef is no problem as the outside reaches a high enough temperature to kill any bactaria present but with mince the outside becomes the inside and that is why you are quite safe with a rare steak but not a rare burger.
That's why lasagne is invariably the cheapest dish on the menu.
