My point is why pay for this "study" when its fairly obvious that the combination of cost and income makes no sense.
Surely they already know construction costs for "anything" are currently ludicrous.
The whole legends study seems like a giant waste of money IMHO.
We would probably have to go into 30-50M of debt to finance this which makes no sense for a risk/reward analysis.

But hey what do I know.
