Most of what Sam Jeffery had to say was logical and reasonable.
The building the stand thing just makes little sense.
He mentioned they have contracted Legends to draw up a business plan a new tier over the main stand.
He said the first step is to look to see if we can build it.
Then moving on to the business case. to see if the cost is worth it.

Hasn't step 2 already been completed?
Didnt we already do some business studies that told us the cost is not worth it?
We couldn't even sell out every game in the PL so extra seats may actually have a negative effect on season ticket sales, if seat availability became easier.
