No one is investing in the club. The money will go to Foulger. He has just been decent

enough to allow the club to vet any potential buyers of his shares. The benefit the club gets is new board member(s) with new ideas. There is no indication that D&M are thinking of giving up their controlling interest which is what some supporters would like to happen.
