no picture, no conviction. Simple as that. Never paid one yet, nor has any of my family. My son must have had 12/15 at least.

You simply say you cannot remember who was driving the car that day at that location. For example say your mrs and you both drove the car along that stretch on that day. Tell them you need to see the pic to verify the identity of the driver. They WILL pressure you to name the driver. Ask in writing if they are requesting that you lie in court, otherwise you will happily go to court and say (again) that you cannot identify the driver.

The pictures are usually from the rear, so its not possible to use as evidence of identity. The front facers usually have a degree of sky flare on the windscreen, again rendering them useless. If they refuse to issue the pic and you get to court confronted by an obvious picture of you, then just say its the first time you have seen the picture, in spite of several written requests, and yes its you..... how time and money could have been saved had they sent the f**ker in the first place.

But that wont happen
