If this in an accurate description....

'He seems to do the hard things well then go and mess the easy things up.
What i will say about him is he gives his all,but sometimes gives the ball away in dangerous positions which in the prem will be costly and as for his shooting well....
Having said all that though i think in the last few years he has improved vastly and i hope he stays as he could be a good squad player but i don't think he will be prem class,what he does well is hurry the opponents midfield and gets stuck in.'

...then he sounds like a cross between Francis and (play-off season) Holt.
