?12k is the maximum basic weekly wage that Wigan are offering, with massive bonuses for actually playing in the first team. Jarrett doesn't like the Wigan deal because he's being offered way below ?12k and knows he's probably not going to get much in the way of bonuses since he won't get many games. And whatever he's being paid, you know that NCFC won't rock the boat in terms of pay.
