For some games, but not reliably enough (yet)

Bringing in foreign players from different leagues is a long-term process. We need to look at what they can do in their second season (if they last that long). Some exceptions apply and do it quicker - Emi, Pukki for example, but they’re not the norm. All the Germans, as the song goes, were much better in the second season. As was Farke, to be fair.
