...that all information is absorbed via interactive teaching either. All it takes is a sunny day, and dry subject matter, and people switch off. Especailly in the session straight after lunch.

Whilst straight CBTs aren't, and never have been, the replacement for chalk 'n' talk as most companies have tried to implement, the way forward is through blended learning - using all means, including interactive classrooms, to combat the traditional costs that are associated with running training programs.
