While in the PL.........

they keep making the huge interest payments.
Once relegated they basically are forced into selling a lot of assets.
Hard to lose money on this type of deal.

Basically all they are doing is taking money out of the club and not re-investing anything....

I think we should stick with Delia and MWJ
