Im not sure the Russian job was top of his wish list.

He has built up so much equity for his two champs wins that maybe either a top champs job or maybe a job at bigger club in a foreign 2nd division looking to get promoted.

One of the bigger Champs clubs has to offer him a job.
Imagine he was never at Norwich and had won two titles with another club. If Dean Smith was sacked you would think he is the person we would want here.
