Should have ignored the noise in his head over Daniel's training methods

I think this point has been overlooked from the Bailey article. The Transfer Committee overruled the coach on his targets because they thought his training methods were too tough. Which I find staggering!

Rather than maybe have a conversation about training schemes, they went quantity over quality...for Farke it must have been a decision on what he compromised, Training or Players, and he backed himself to improve the players sufficiently enough. But to be undermined in your role because of a committee, I guess somewhere there is proof that the training methods were the problem and not just some feleling. It is staggering the number of f**k ups that have happened this season....and most of them before the season even started
