I think all the defenders could look good in the Champ

the mistakes the CBs are making every single game in the Prem, will translate to a mistake every three or four games in the Champ, just because they have so much less defending to do.

And the full backs like Giannoulis and Aarons will be able to get on the front foot more, which they are much better at than actual defending.

With the forwards I suppose it depends which players benefit from having more of the ball. And some players (Tzolis and Sargent?) might thrive when there is less pressure to make something happen every time and where it doesn't matter so much if they miss a few glaring chances, because they will get plenty more.
