See this hindsight stuff is easy.

If we looked at the info we had at the time we made the decision, Kabak had played for Liverpool in the PL the previous season and Ajer had played in the SPL....

On paper most of the signings we went for looked exciting and had potential.
Too many failed/flopped/injured. Of course its easy to say that now.
