Yes because its a long term thing...not a magic wand approach

Look how much the bottom half teams have spent over the last season and most of them have just scraped to 40 points. We can't compete like that...so we have to develop talent and move them on....even if we are a stepping stone, the right players will shine and we will be better for it in the long run.
