We’ve been wondering about him for ages

What has he done wrong? Our best performance of the season, at Watford, he started in midfield, in his proper position. Whenever he’s been in the team we look better. I don’t get it. He must be either the worst trainer in the squad or committing some heinous misdemeanour that we don’t know about.
