from ownership. They've spent something like £10m (give or take) on purchasing the club and investing in it. And it's value now, if they were to sell, is probably over £100m - particularly if they time the sale well (Burnley was sold for something like £200m as a reference).
Ownership of NCFC has more than trebled their net worth over the past 20 years, even if they haven't received any dividends.
For them, it has been an incredibly successful investment, benefitting from the huge financial growth of English football, without really contributing to that themselves.
