Yeah. I don’t really know what to do now/next, hands up about that.

My post was a retrospective about what has happened, rather than a forward looking post.

But I do know that after such a comprehensive and repeated series of failures, stemming in the main from dreadful judgement, Webber, for me, needs to go.

What comes next? I have no idea. Maybe Solomon himself is going to struggle to “fix” the current situation. Whoever comes in will have a devil of a job on.

But I have little confidence left in Webber, so my opinion (and it is just that, I realise) is that we should relief Webber of his duties and seek a replacement. Possibly Kieron Scott, who seems to have been in charge of recruitment during a pretty golden era.
