Romania is recommissioning a rail link via Moldova to give Ukraine an outlet to the Danube for grain exports, as Russia has attacked theirs and are blockading access to the Black Sea.

I believe India has suggested it can release some of its own stockpiles to offset shortages, but think their own harvest is at risk at the moment so…

All in all, I’d suggest holding off on any extravagant purchases for a while.

Winter fuel cap increase will be brutal and I’d probably prepare for another one the following spring.
