You could swap the DJ bit for any individual in a position of power and influence that isn’t subject to much scrutiny and isn’t held accountable for their behaviour.

Society still has a huge amount of work to tackle this sort of behaviour - tackling the perpetrators, the enablers, and giving more support & empowerment to victims.

Tragic that there is still the fear that you’ve got to let someone behave in this manner because you won’t be believed if you speak out / it’s expected behaviour.
