It's a subtle reminder to saner heads (if any exist)

that NATO absolutely owns Russia in this conflict and there is no way out that involves Russia achieving its primary aims and that if they could be so good as to hurry up and chuck Putin out of the nearest window, we can all get back to the very profitable relationships that existed before 2014.
