Def a poor window but not sure how many out and out hits you’d expect in the 5-10 million price bracket ??

With the money brought in we haven’t actually spent all that much compared to others.

Most have age on their side and won’t reach the ceiling for price paid.

Not a fan of the loan market and we were over reliant on it.
