Yep, all very true.

I suspect ultimately he is good “organisational change”. Shaking things up, ripping everything down, burning plenty of bridges while putting something new in place. Such people will need a blank canvass to work on, not so good at working on a canvass they’ve been splattering paint on for a few years.
