It’s not just the comms it’s having checks and balances in place

That perhaps stop Webber doing an interview like that at this moment in time or perhaps take the owners aside and counsel them before they go begging someone to stay when they’ve made it clear their mind is elsewhere.

The Webbers seem to have pretty much free reign, with little supervision snd to be able to just name their own terms despite not always performing that well. Not sure that’s healthy.

Certainly a decent CEO would step in at this point and look to try and minimise them fallout from this situation.
