Did I anywhere suggest doing nothing? You have just reinforced the point I was trying to

make. There are too many people who seems to rely on binary logic. It's either do nothing or get rid of everyone, nothing in-between.

Accepting that the last two premiership campaigns have been abysmal it is also a fair say that the current club regime has established us as a 'top 21' club based upon the last four seasons. Do we now endanger that progress by doing a major overhaul or just continue to try and refine the system. For me it's the latter. If we totally underperform next year in the Chumps then the revolution rather than evolution approach might be more persuasive.
