Pretty much 100% spot on.

When we bought all these players, we bought potential NOT world class players.
We don't have that kind of money.

Even if we did its no guarantee.
Tons of champs clubs have rich owners that were relegated from the PL.
Everton have spent half a billion to get a few points above us.
I'm sure some will say "look at Brentford"... the same who said look at "Sheffield United".... remember the "Swansea model" and before that the "Charlton Model"

Under Webber we have overall been very successful, way more than we probably have the right to be.
